Online Ticket Exchange

Please have your tickets or vouchers in hand before beginning the online exchange process. Once you click “SUBMIT” your request will be sent to the ticket office and processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your request is submitted, and another confirmation when it is processed.

IMPORTANT: All tickets and vouchers have a unique number and barcode. Once a ticket or voucher has been exchanged or returned, it can no longer be used to attend a performance. Please tear up and discard returned tickets and vouchers immediately to avoid accidental use.
