Voucher Redemption
Please have your vouchers in hand before beginning the online exchange process. Once you click “SUBMIT” your request will be sent to the ticket office and processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your request is submitted, and another confirmation when it is processed.
IMPORTANT: All vouchers have a unique number and barcode. Once a voucher has been exchanged or returned, it can no longer be used. Please tear up and discard returned vouchers immediately to avoid accidental use.
