EXCHANGE TICKETS FOR ANOTHER PERFORMANCE

Exchange Process: Please have your tickets in hand before beginning the online ticket exchange process. Once you click ‘Submit Return Request’ your exchange request will be submitted to the ticket office and processed manually by one of our ticket agents within 48 hours (during regular business hours). You will receive an email confirmation when it is processed. Please check your promotions or spam folders if you cannot locate the confirmation email in your inbox.
Unique Ticket Number: All tickets have a unique number and barcode. Once a ticket has been returned, it can no longer be used to attend a performance. Tear up and discard returned tickets immediately to avoid accidental use.
Single Ticket Buyers: There is a $5 per ticket exchange fee. This fee is waived for season subscribers. The exchange fee will be charged to the credit card used for the original ticket purchase.
Other Restrictions: Tickets for past performances, complimentary tickets, and group tickets are not eligible for exchange, but complimentary tickets can be released for resale with this form. Tickets must be exchanged within the same season (meaning tickets for the regular season (September – May) must be exchanged within the regular season, and tickets for the summer season (July – August) must be exchanged within the summer season).
Positive Balance: Subscriber exchanges are processed dollar for dollar. Season subscribers with a positive balance remaining on their ticket exchange will have that balance placed on their USUO account to be used towards future ticket exchanges or purchases. Funds are not carried on account for single ticket holders. Single tickets are exchanged ticket for ticket (1:1), rather than dollar for dollar, but a positive balance may be used toward the ticket exchange fee. Unused balances will be converted to a tax-deductible contribution at the end of the season.
Balance Due: Balances up to $15 will be automatically charged to the credit card used in the original transaction. If the balance due is greater than $15, or we have any questions about your exchange request, we will contact you using the information provided above. Season subscribers: If you have money on account, we will automatically use those funds to pay towards the balance due for this exchange request.
Once you hit submit, original tickets are invalid and may not be recovered. You should receive confirmation when the return is submitted and a second email confirmation when it is processed.
