4X FlexPass Redemption

All FlexPass voucher exchange requests must be submitted a minimum of 48 hours prior to the performance. Please call Patron Services at 801-533-NOTE (6683) on the day of the performance for assistance.

Terms of Service & COVID-19 Safety Guidelines and procedures:

1. Each “4X FlexPass” includes FOUR ticket vouchers. Each voucher can be exchanged for ONE ticket to an eligible 2020-21 regular season performance.
2. Limit of four (4) FlexPass vouchers may be redeemed per concert; this may include a maximum of two (2) separate households
3. Each 4X FlexPass voucher must be redeemed by the individual attending the concert at least 48 hours prior to the performance (ticketing is subject to availability).
4. Please review all health and safety guidelines prior to attending any USUO 2020-21 concert.
5. All ticketing for 2020-21 is digital; concert attendees should download the USUO app to access their tickets and concert information after redeeming a FlexPass voucher.

Exchange Process: Please have your 4X FlexPass voucher(s) in hand before beginning the exchange process. Once you submit your exchange request, a notification will be sent to the ticket office and processed manually by one of our ticket agents prior to the performance. You will receive an email confirmation when the exchange is submitted and when it is processed.

Unique 4X FlexPass: Each 4X FlexPass voucher has a unique number and barcode. Once a 4X FlexPass voucher has been redeemed for a ticket, it will be null and void. Please tear up and discard redeemed 4X FlexPass vouchers immediately. (Individuals looking to make an exchange on a previously processed voucher should call the ticket office.) One 4X FlexPass voucher is redeemable for only one ticket. Please make sure your 4X FlexPass voucher is not expired. Expired 4X FlexPass numbers will not go through.

Performance Restrictions: 4X FlexPass vouchers may be redeemed for eligible performances when single tickets go on sale to the general public. Some restrictions apply. The drop-down menu below will list the available performances.
