Return Deer Valley® Music Festival Tickets for Tax-Deductible Contribution 

24 hour notice is required for all ticket returns. Please call Patron Services at 801-533-NOTE (6683) on the day of the performance for assistance.

Ticket Return Process: Please have your tickets in hand before beginning the online ticket return process. Once you click “submit” your return request will be submitted to the ticket office and processed manually by one of our ticket agents within 24 hours. You will receive an email confirmation when the exchange is submitted and when it is processed.

Unique Ticket Number: All tickets have a unique number and barcode. Once a ticket has been returned, it can no longer be used to attend a performance. Tear up and discard returned tickets immediately to avoid accidental use.

Other Restrictions: Tickets for past performances are not eligible for return.
