Donation Request

USUO proudly supports other Utah-based, nonprofit (501c3) organizations in our community by donating up to 2 tickets or vouchers for their charitable events.

Donation Requirements:

All requests are processed on a first come, first served basis, and are subject to availability. Due to the high volume of inquiries we receive, submitting a request may not guarantee a donation.
Please allow up to six weeks for processing. Requests submitted less than one month prior to the event date may not be approved.
USUO will process only one donation request per organization or event within a 6-month period. For organizations with multiple locations or branches, a donation to one entity is considered a donation to the organization.
Recipient organizations are responsible for properly keeping, displaying, and distributing all donated items. Duplicate or replacement donations will not be provided.
