High School Music Club Registration

All tickets will be mailed to the name and address provided.
Tickets requested the week of the performance will need to be arranged through Patron Services by calling 801-533-NOTE (6683) during normal business hours.
High School students may order tickets and attend on their own.
Teachers and non-teacher adults are invited to accompany students as chaperones (only 1 adult per 7 students).
Tickets are required for every event.

Once you click SUBMIT, a notification will be sent to USUO Patron Services to process your order. Please allow 1-2 business days for completion.

For balances due, Patron Services will contact you by phone to collect payment. For security, please DO NOT send payment information via email.

A confirmation email will be sent once your order is finalized. Please check your junk or spam folders—or contact Patron Services—if you have not received your confirmation within a week.
